The two designers Jonathan Markus and Sophie Dadas met while studying at the University of the Arts in Berlin. Since 2014 they work together under the name LALUPO.
Their products are produced by careful observation of the world and a lot of trial and error. The medium is not only the computer; they work a lot in the workshop where they experiment with materials and test functions on the basis of models.
