When Rafał and Michał moved from Poland to Berlin, they were horrified to find a gastronomic gap in the shape of pierogi. Stepping up to the plate, their silky, homemade pierogi come in traditional flavours such as speck, potatoes & white cheese but also experimental combinations like Tofu, pea & mint or beetroot greens, Nigella & fresh white cheese – the definition of Berlin/Polish fusion cuisine.
Look out for their cute black-and-white stall, equipped with table, chairs, shots of cold borscht and – even colder – homemade flavoured vodkas!
